FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED:

Cash if paid in person (please do not send cash through the mail)
Money Order/Cashier’s Check
Personal check if from a local bank
Credit or Debit Cards (VISA, MC, Discover, American Express)-only accepted in person
There is a convenience fee charged for each card transaction.

Credit/Debit Card Transaction Fees

Minimum Fee	$2.00 Per Transaction
Credit Cards-All Types	2.50% of Transaction Amount
Debit Cards-All Types (Percentage)	2.50% of Transaction Amount
Debit Cards-All Types (Flat)	$2.95 Per Transaction

All requests are processed the day we receive them; however, delivery times vary based on where you live. If you have not received it within a reasonable time, please let us know. Unfortunately, we can no longer accept applications via fax unless from a Government agency.

NEED IT QUICKER:
We recognize that some people need their documents faster. You can send your request, ID and payment via an overnight service and include a self-addressed, postage paid, overnight mailer with it. We will process the request upon receipt and mail it out the same day (UPS/Fed Ex/USPS).
