The PCZBA
The Oneida Joint Planning Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals (PCZBA), reviews plans for subdivisions, applications for site plans for new or modified construction, applications for changes to the official Zoning Map, and Conditional Use Permits. The PCZBA also reviews variances and other appeals applications.
The PCZBA is responsible for State Environmental Quality Review Act, or SEQR, for all applications to determine the significance of the impact on the environment.
PCZBA meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00p.m. in the Common Council Chambers at City Hall unless otherwise advised.
