MAYOR

Mayor Rick Rossi is a native of the City of Oneida and resides here with his wife, Nicole, and their three children. Alongside being the co-owner of the Oneida Barbershop and an accredited barber trade school, he served as Councilman for Ward 3 from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2023. During this time, Mayor Rossi developed a vision for Oneida, aiming to enhance both its appearance and perception, and to create a great living environment for generations to come.

His primary goal is to improve the city's cleanliness and overall image. He has been very active in the community and strives to participate in, as well as facilitate events that foster positive interactions with residents and engage our youth.

Mayor Rossi, being the second youngest Mayor in Oneida's history, entered public service not as a seasoned politician, but with a sincere commitment to improving the City for its residents. His positive outlook, optimism, and readiness to tackle challenges are indicative of his dedication to ensuring success in his role as Mayor.
