As I reflect on the journey we’ve shared as a police department and community, I look ahead to the path before us, and I am filled with an overwhelming sense of pride and optimism. Each member of the City of Oneida Police Department embodies the dedication, resilience, and spirit that make our department not just a force, but a family. Together, we have faced challenges head-on, transforming obstacles into opportunities and adversity into growth.

Our community looks to the police department as a beacon of safety, trust, and compassion. In these times of rapid change, it’s our unwavering commitment to these values that will guide us. Every act of kindness, every step toward justice, and every effort to engage with our neighbors strengthens the fabric of our community. The future holds immense promise. We have the power to help shape it through our actions and our attitudes.
