Grievance Day

The City of Oneida Board of Assessment Review will hold Grievance Day on Tuesday, June 9, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers, 109 North Main Street, Oneida.

The Tentative Assessment Roll will be available for public review beginning June 1. Property owners who wish to contest their assessment must file Form RP-524, Complaint on Real Property Assessment, prior to Grievance Day and provide any supporting documentation.

Form RP-524 is available from the Assessor’s Office during the following hours:

• Monday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
